The weekend was gorgeous - not so very hot as we expected. Last week, an amazing author, Ralph Fletcher, was in town working with the kids in ES, and this week, he is working with the MS. I am a big fan, and went to ES to sit in on the G3-5 session. I even worked with one of the G3 classes. SO excited to have had the opportunity to work a bit with him while I'm here.
One of the benefits of being new? We were given the chance to tour
downtown and visit Elephanta Island with Ralph over the weekend and
jumped at the chance! The three of us toured the weekend away with our
guide Sarika. I've posted some of these pics on FB, but for those who aren't on, here
are some photos of our fun weekend.
Sorry about the layout - it is difficult to manipulate!
